North Country Tobacco Cessation Center - NCTCC is funded by a grant from the New York State Tobacco Control Program. The goal of the Cessation Center is to reduce the incidence of smoking in Northern New York by working with healthcare professionals, tobacco users and interested members of the community. The Center provides educational and informational services for healthcare professionals so that they may better be able to counsel their patients who use tobacco on quitting. NCTCC serves Clinton, Essex, Franklin, and Hamilton counties. NCTCC is staffed by Margot Gold and Glenn Pareira.

Creating Healthy Places - CHP is funded by a grant from the New York State Department of Health, Division of Nutrition. The mission of CHP is to implement effective policy, programs, and projects to increase availability of healthy food and opportunities for physical activity. CHP serves Franklin County. CHP is staffed by Jamie Konkoski and Andrea Kenison-Goff.
